Working Method

• Maximize On-Line Activity E-mail and Conference
  etc.
• Face-Face meeting Use CJK Plenary and NGN WG.
• If needed, then organize separate F2F meeting
  with invitation
• Before ITU-T meeting, prior coordination meeting
  could be organized (similar as CJK NGN-WG)
• Decision should be consensus based
• Resulted deliverables will bring to international
  organizationsto progress as international
  requirements and standards
• SBT (Strategy Building Team) will develop the
  roadmap for international harmonization including
  deliverables plan
