  • Incoming medical students offered Dell D610
    laptop for 1,646.
  • Laptop supplied with user software (GroupWise
    email, MS Office, etc.) and security/maintenance
    tools (LANDesk, anti-virus, anti-spyware).
  • Program included 3 year parts and labor service,
    including a hot swap loaner laptop.
  • 59 of 135 1st year students participated in the
    purchase program and 89 students responded to
    this survey.
  • Survey conducted Feb. 28, March 1, 2006.
