Rules
Children and Parents are subject to suspension if
any of the rules below are broken.

• Call one of the directors if youre running more
  than 10 minutes late.
• Call one of the directors 8 hours in advance if
  your child cant make scheduled practice or
  performance.
• Try to give 1 week notification if your child
  cant make scheduled performance.
• Child must be with group 30 minutes prior to
  scheduled start time of performances.
• Child will not perform at performance if no call
  is received within 30 minutes prior to start
  time.
• Child must respect staff and other group members
  at all times.
• Child must maintain proper behavior and follow
  directions when given.
• Parents must not interfere with practice without
  consent from director.
• Parent must be responsible for your child eating
  before practice or performances. If unable to
  feed your child prior, then please notify one of
  the directors.

Children are subject to perform in front of live
audiences. Children are subject to be
photographed and video taped. Children are
subject to record music in studio for production
of musical CD. All materials may be used to sell
for profit. All materials may be used in
brochures, proposals, websites, advertisements,
and other forms of media as well. Parents are
responsible for all field trip expenses (
includes, lunch, travel cost, ect.) Parents are
responsible for the purchase of any group uniform
clothing. Parents are responsible for getting
their child to and from all practices and
performances. NSLC reserves the right to accept
or not accept any child into the workshop at our
discretion. NLSC reserves the right to suspend
any member of the NLSC at any moment.

Your childs safety is very important to us. We
do our absolute best to provide a safe
environment for the children and staff who
participate in our workshops and performances. We
are a very active group that sings, dances and
travels quite often. Unfortunately, accidents can
sometimes occur. McAllister Music and the Never
Stop Learning Crew ( NSLC ) are not insured to
cover the children in case of accident or natural
disaster. If child is injured while in our
presence we will contact parents / legal
guardians immediately and take them to hospital
and doctor specified by parents / legal
guardians. If child gets sick and needs
immediate medical attention we will contact the
parents / legal guardians and take the child to
hospital and doctor specified by the parent. We
are not responsible to pay any medical expenses
if child is injured while in our presence. I
fully understand and agree to the terms specified
within this disclosure agreement.
