  • Replacement of the HVAC Coil at JHS.
  • Replacement of the cooling tower at JRES.

Facilitated early stages of construction on two
new schools

  • Conducted review of online crisis information for
    State. Involved reviewing Crisis Plans for every
    school and verifying contents met state
    guidelines.
  • Initiated Safe Routes to School Committee. Have
    met twice and will continue meeting through the
    fall. Goal is to apply for State/Federal grant
    money this December.

  • Facilitated Rapid Responder training and start
    up. Involved numerous meetings with staff and
    JCC and City Emergency Responders over a 9 month
    period.

    received only 26 citations 98.4 Success!
  • Of a possible 495 critical violations, CNS
    received only 10 citations 97.98 Success!

Initiated the new Pay as you go policy for
electricity use.

    the program with division administrators
  • Worked with Technology to institute sleep mode
    and automatic power-down for computer systems
