facilitate initiatives that overlap with the
goals of Tech Prep, but go beyond Tech Prepsuch
as our TMP Partnership project

- A compendium of math problems based on industry
partner real life scenarios - Construction Math Toolbox, developed by the
Construction Center of Excellence through a
2006-2007 TMP Partnership Grant - Math problems from the Construction Industry
designed for middle and high school math teachers
to enrich their classes with industry-based
lessons and supporting career guidance

a certificate or degree - Enable community and technical colleges to assign
itinerant advisors to high school campuses to
communicate to students and educators the level
of academic preparedness required for
certificates and degrees - Develop polices to help schools determine
students level of college and career readiness
