    high-wage fields of two- and four-year college
    faculty members, employers, high school teachers
    and school and district leaders
  • Provide incentives to school districts and high
    schools to form partnerships with community and
    technical colleges to give student access to
    high-quality career/technical programs leading to
    a certificate or degree
  • Enable community and technical colleges to assign
    itinerant advisors to high school campuses to
    communicate to students and educators the level
    of academic preparedness required for
    certificates and degrees
  • Develop polices to help schools determine
    students level of college and career readiness
    prior to their senior year
