Takeaways from the PRP working group meeting 03/24
  • The main focus of the group is leakage of postage
revenues, and main evidencing channels (stamps,
meters, permit mail/PPI) across access methods
(pillar box, post office counters, sorting
    centers etc)
  • ALL Posts are struggling to measure leakage
    first step is awareness
  • Survey to be launched mid-April in EN, FR, ES, AR
  • Once revenue protection issues by country have
    been analyzed (survey/typology), we will
    recommend best practices involving different
mixes of training activities, new processes and
    technical solutions
  • Continue outreach efforts (e.g., viz PUASP, Arab
    countries, Euromed, Telematics Cooperative/PTC
    etc)
  • WG to work with PSG, Restricted Unions and IB to
try to get the revenue protection theme into
    Regional Development Plans
