Implementation Plan

• Implement all State Departments to meet the
  executive order
• Implementation time frame of 18 months for all
  agencies

Whats it going to take to get on board?

• Currently, TMD and DOT are using the M5
  application
• DNR is in the process of verifying their data for
  the upcoming conversion into a test environment.
• For all other agencies, a questionnaire will be
  given to help determine our implementation
  schedule.

• Determine the time frame for the agencies using
  information from questionnaire
• Phase II - Administration
• Determine the agencies needs (contracts,
  training)
• Phase III - System Information
• Analysis of data codes,
• locations, users, vendors, etc.
• Phase IV - Conversion into test environment
• Preliminary run, clean up, revisions, etc.
