    performance using objective, quantifiable
    measures. (REQUIRED)
  • Acceptable Data Sources TAKS, ITBS, Aprenda,
    Advanced Placement assessments, student
    portfolios, local benchmarks, summative
    assessments, EOY assessments.

Part One, Criterion II
  • Teacher has a record of collaboration with
    faculty and staff that contributes to improving
    overall campus student achievement. ( REQUIRED)
  • Acceptable Data Sources team teaching, team
    planning, classroom observations, teacher
    mentoring, coaching, collaboration with other
    teachers.

  • Teacher demonstrates ongoing initiative,
    commitment, professionalism, personalization, and
    involvement in other activities that directly
    result in improved student performance.
  • Acceptable Data Sources PDAS, student tutoring,
    after school programs, teacher attendance.

Texas Educator Excellence Award grant requires
that all campus incentive plans be approved by a
district level governing body before submission
to the Texas Education Agency. All incentive
amounts are subject to all district employee
fringe benefits and payroll taxes as applicable
by law.
