Baked Alaska

• Ingredients
• 1 slice of Swiss Roll
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 egg white
• 40g Castor Sugar

• Equipment
• Mixing bowl
• Electric Whisk
• Tablespoon
• Baking Sheet

• Method
• Light oven 220C
• Separate the egg
• Whisk the white until it forms a peak
• Whisk in 1 tablespoon of sugar
• Fold in remaining sugar
• Place a scoop of ice cream on the slice of Swiss
  Roll (do this on baking sheet)
• Cover the Swiss Roll and ice cream completely
  with the meringue mixture
• Bake for a couple of minutes in the oven
