Information Technology Goals
  • Implement CMMS/EAM that will improve service
    track work order, provide timely status of
    projects cost, timetable, etc.
  • Integrated asset management - includes real
    property, buildings, plazas, streets, parks,
    waterfront, terminals, runways, sewers, both
    visible and concealed infrastructure, and many
    other improvements like and curbs/, ramps.

  • The DPW plans to have two major phases for
    the CMMS/EAM Analysis/Implementation project
  • Phase 1 FY 08-09 (Requirements Analysis and
    Selection of a Software Solution)
  • Phase 2 FY 08-09, FY 09-10 FY 10-11
    (Implementation and Integration)
