  purified by belief.

• What is important to me?
• What are my top 3 priorities in order?
• What behaviors do I exhibit daily to prove that
  these are my top priorities (self-integrity)?

• Take a moment and define one thing you would like
  to accomplish in each of your top three
  priorities.
• Make sure
• What you state is specific.
• It is what YOU want.
• It is realistic and achievable for YOU.
• Know how you are going to measure it.
• State at least one action step you can begin
  today.

What gets in our way?

• Conditioned thoughts and perceptions
• F.E.A.R.
• Lack of belief
• Thoughts being on what you dont want rather than
  what you want
• Lack of ability to say No to others
• Inability to manage our activities well
• Lack of self-esteem (self-worth)
• Not knowing yourself (body signs, what makes you
  feel good, etc.)
• Lack of knowing how to listen to your intuition
