Central team and steering group include an Auditor.
Goal is to promote Best Practices, in terms of accountability, transparency, security.
CAPSA will force us to examine all our administrative working practices.

Project Bible.
One for each part of the project (Department, central team function etc).
Basically represents our Project Plan.
Itemises
Scope and Objectives -- where the department is now and where we want to be.
Approach -- project organization, roles and responsibilities, milestones, controls.
Control and reporting -- Meetings, problem reporting.
Budget.
50 page document, to be completed next week.
Will appear on the web (may be slightly censored to preserve confidentiality where necessary).

Thanks to everyone for their help so far!
Massive project, at every level.
Vitally important that it works, both for the Department and for the University.
Pace is hotting up we will be asking you for more information, more often, and at shorter notice! Please continue to help us as much as you can.
