New TWG Approval Process

• Technical Council reviews proposal and may
• Fully approve new TWG formation
• TWG can immediately start doing technical work
• Provisionally approve the new TWG
• TWG can start meeting to complete Charter
  Program of work
• No technical work while provisionally approved
• Send proposal back to submitters for further
  work, without any approval
• If approved (full or provisionally) SNIA
  resources are allocated
• Web site collaboration area on SNIA Members Only
  web site
• Meeting resources at Symposiums
