Why the Story of Joseph?

• Joseph's story is quite appealing to me. I always
  liked reading the story Joseph (Yusuf) in the
  Qur'an.
• The story itself is loaded with lessons about
  human nature, morality and wisdom. It also makes
  the reader curious to know more about old
  incidents and believes.
• It is a way to create a kind of rapprochement
  between the different religions.
• Text SourceQur'an (English and Arabic
  versions),Other Islamic books that tell the story
  of the Prophet Joseph.

Used techniques

• E-book Cover I have designed a layered
  background by using PhotoShop. Also, I created an
  "ENTER" button for the reader to click on and
  start navigating through the story from the cover
  page.

• BackgroundI have created the e-book's background
  by using Photoshop.
• I made sure that the background would accommodate
  navigation signs (buttons).

• Divider Background Created in PhotoShop. Each
  divider consists of the same basic background
• signifying picture was added in the middle,
  according to the meanings of each part of the
  story.

• Headings, Headers, Qur'an verses (English), Main
  text body, Title.

Navigation Buttons

• Menu Button I have used the head that is in the
  background as a menu for all the story pages.
• The menu has the following topics Cover/
  page/Page of Contents/All major parts in the
  story/Find/Colophon page./Previous view/Quit.

• Right and left sandals (Old style sandals).
• Zoom and Bookmark options
• Fancy icon made of a thread bookmark and a
  pair of fancy glasses.

• Text Buttons The English Qur'anic verses are
  buttons that enable the reader of viewing the
  original Qur'anic verses.
• Hide Show action was used to show and hide
  fields.
