The poem

• The poem is about vultures but its really about
  the holocaust which started in the World War 2.
  The war started in 1939 and then ended in 1945.

Josef Kramer

• In one of the concentration camps, Belsen, was
  Josef Kramer (the beast of Belsen) he was the
  commandant of that very concentration camp.
• In the concentration camps there was mass murder
  or extermination and the number of people
  murdered was 6 million, mainly Jews.
• This is a picture of this very man of the Belsen
  camp.

• Nuremburg trials

Josef Kramer was imprisoned at Hameln jail and
during his time in the jail he was exercised
twice a day by Corporal Basil Mutton as this
pictures shows. He was sentenced to death on
November the 17th 1945. His punishment was being
hanged.
