If you have NOT previously registered for an
account, click on Register for an account.

Step 1. Enter your OGO number, password and the
code that is displayed.
Step 2. Then click the Next button.

Step 1. After Reading Agreement, click I agree
button.

Step 2. Then click the Next button.

Step 1. After verifying your address, check
either the YES or NO button.
Step 2. Then click the Next button.


If your address is incorrect, you should contact
our regional office in Meadville or Pittsburgh
to get the address corrected.

Step 1. Enter all contact information. Email
address must be a valid active email address that
you have access to. You will be receiving an
email as part of this registration process.
Step 2. When form is completed, click the
REGISTER Button

Check you email account. You should have an email
from NoReply_at_pa.gov similar to the one on the
next page. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS ON THIS
SCREEN AT THIS TIME

Click on this link to verify your account. This
link will verify that your account has been
registered and will display the screen on the
next page.

You have now successfully registered for the Oil
and Gas Production Reporting Electronic system.
You will now be able to log on using your OGO
number and the password that you setup during the
registration process. For further instructions
