American Settlement of Hobbema, Alberta. - When The article deals with an ongoing problem
that has its roots in the 70s and 80s - Why Gangs in Hobbema have their roots with
irresponsible decisions made by oil companies by
paying off the citizens for oil, and by the
tribal elders by granting large sums
of money to youths who have just
turned 18.
