There/their/theyre

• Use there when referring to a place
• Also use there with the verb BE (is, am, are,
  was, were)
• Use their to indicate possession
• Remember that they're is a contraction of the
  words they and are

To/ too

• To has two functions. First, as a preposition, in
  which case it always precedes a noun.
• It also indicates an infinitive when it precedes
  a verb.
• Too also has two uses. First, as a synonym for
  "also
• Secondly, too means excessively when it precedes
  an adjective or adverb

Your/youre

• Your is used to describe something as belonging
  to you, it is almost always followed by a noun.
• You're is the contraction of "you are" and is
  often followed by the present participle (verb
  form ending in -ing).
