Terms Conditions
Confirming a booking with Kakera Villa
Apartments To confirm an accommodation only
booking of less then 14 nights, three nights
accommodation rate is required, over 14 nights a
30 deposit of total accommodation cost is
required, a wedding package is NZ1500 and a
retreat package NZ1000. Your deposit will be
deducted from your account balance. Confirmed
bookings are subject to availability and no
guaranteed, a full refund will be provided in the
event of a double booking situation. Kakera
Confirmation Paper work To confirming a Kakera
Booking please complete our Deposit Payment Form
and return to kakera_at_hotmail.co.nz or
ponga_at_oyster.net.ck Kakera Minimum Stay
Refunds Minimum stay 3 nights, with minimum
stay bookings full payment is required on booking
confirmation. Cancellation over 90 days full
refund less 75 booking fee and any bank charges.
Within 90-60 days 25 of total booking charge
is due, 60-45 days 35 of total booking charge
is due 45-20 days 50 of total booking charge is
due charge is due, inside 30 days 100 of the
total booking charge is due. Part cancellations
within 60 days incur a 25 per night cancelled
fee.  No shows full accommodation charge due.
Payment due 20 days prior to arrival for total
booked dates, no refunds will be given for early
departure after check-in.  Wedding package
booking cancellations incur a NZ500 cancellation
fee over and above accommodation cancellation
charges. Kakera Policy Villa occupancy must
not exceeded booked guests there will be a fee
charged for any additional guests. Please note
wedding package apartment occupancy differs from
accommodation only occupancy rates. Gatherings /
functions for other then Kakera guests are not
permitted at Kakera, other then arranged
reception or party dates Thank you. Kakera
Payments Deposited will be made by way of
credit card payment Kakera accepts, Visa,
Master card Amex credit cards. Accommodation
balance payments are due 20 days prior to arrival
and can be made by way of bank transfer or by
credit card. Please ask for account details if
you wish to make a bank transfer. Credit Card
Payments A 4 charge applies to balance payments
made by credit card, this fee does not apply to
deposit payments. Check in procedure A check
in form is required to be completed on arrival at
Kakera credit card details will be required.
Check in/out Early - Late in/out Kakera Check-
in 11.30 am, Check- out 10am. For guests
comfort, early check-in is available from 5am
late checkout until 6pm at an extra charge, this
service is subject to availability. Ask us for
these rates.
