The Coast Guard had a problem!
  • Resiliency recovery of a damaged Marine
    Transportation System (MTS) is top priority for
    Congress, DHS maritime industry
  • Coast Guard needed timely, detailed maritime
    transportation system information to efficiently
    mitigate disruptions
  • Existing solutions were inadequate

    dimensions of MTS (i.e. channels, refineries,
