The Coast Guard had a problem!

• Resiliency recovery of a damaged Marine
  Transportation System (MTS) is top priority for
  Congress, DHS maritime industry
• Coast Guard needed timely, detailed maritime
  transportation system information to efficiently
  mitigate disruptions
• Existing solutions were inadequate

CART provided the solution!

• Provides timely accurate info across 22
  dimensions of MTS (i.e. channels, refineries,
  locks, bridges, etc)
• Characterizes extent of MTS impact by comparing
  post-incident status to baseline data
• Auto-generates comprehensive Executive Summary
  to share with chain of command, interagency
  community, and port stakeholders
• Serves as web-based, interagency COP for the
  broad-scale MTS
