4Network Small Business Liaisons Network Small
Business Liaisons are small business advisors
located at each Veterans Integrated Service
Network (VISN) to assist small businesses,
including Veteran-owned, service-disabled
Veteran-owned, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, and
women-owned small business concerns in marketing
their products and services with the Veterans
Health Administration (VHA). Among other
services, these advisors provide information and
guidance on (1) procurement procedures, (2) how
to register at Fed Biz Opps, and (3) how to
identify prime contract and subcontract
opportunities. They work closely with the Office
of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization
(OSDBU).
