16Black Eyed Peas
The Black Eyed Peas formed as a band in 1995. It
was a group of four individuals who had a passion
for music. The band is made up of Fergie, Taboo,
Will.I.Am, and Apl.De.Ap. They formed in Los
Angeles, where they began a journey to fame. The
American band sings hip hop and pop and has eight
plus hits. These hits include Shut Up, My
Humps, Dont Phunk With My Heart, Boom Boom
Pow, I Gotta Feeling, Meet Me Halfway, Imma
Be, and Rock That Body. Their very first hit
however, was Where is the Love? which came out
in 2003. It won many awards and made it to the
top of the charts. At one point, Boom Boom Pow
and I Gotta Feeling took up the number one and
two spots on the Billboard Top 100 list. This
made the Black Eyed Peas one of eleven bands to
have that honor. The group sings mostly about
making change and about the current events going
