- Smart Classify Identification System

- In this zone, Smart Classify Identification
System consists of a CCTV camera and RCG Facial
Recognition System (FxAlert). - A conventional camera commonly used in many of
the offices for security purpose, is installed
right at the entrance area. The camera captures
facial images when customers walk pass the
entrance area, the captured facial images will
then be processed by the system. After the
processing, customers are classified into 3
categories, namely New Customers, Standard
Customers and Premium Customers. Based on the
classifications, the Customer Services
Representative (CSR) can provide customized and
personalized services tailored for each
customers needs. - This represents the foremost technology in the
banking sector. Imagine when a new customer
coming in, the system can process the
identification smartly and your CSR can approach
the new customer and provide him/her with prompt
and tailor-made services. - What about when a Premium customer walks in? The
system can show customers name, last access time
and the services subscribed. By then, your CSR
can approach him/her and say Good Morning, Mr.
Smith! How are you? A simple greeting means a
thousand words of your cordial services provided
to your customers. - Smart Classify Identification system can
assist customer services representatives to
provide personalized and privileged services to
your valuable customers.

The Smart Classify Identification system
automatically classified customers into 3
categories, namely New Customers, Standard
Customers and Premium Customers.
Touch on the LCD Display. Your face will be shown
in the system.
If the system can recognize the customer, the
customer name and account type will be shown on
screen.
5If the customer is a Premium Account holder, The
screen will appear in Green, Customer name and
Account type will be shown on screen.

Premium Account is verified
When a person is not yet our customer, the screen
will appear in red. Customer Service
Representative can approach the new customer and
introduce the services to him/her. After a
person has joined our bank as new customer, you
can then add him/her into our VIP database.

functions - 1) Enabling premium customers to request bank
services - 2) Registration for premium customers.

- Different from the traditional kiosk which only
provides the information and prints out waiting
token, our Intelligent kiosk can pre-process
transaction requests and verify customers
identities by using biometric information.
Requests are streamlined and distributed to
different departments based on the account type
and status. The kiosk can shorten customers
waiting time, provide efficient and paperless
electronic services to your customers as well as
ensure your customers to enjoy services with
superior user experiences. Let me show you how to
enroll as a new premium customer. - Scenario
- Mr. Smith goes to the bank, he wants to change
some US dollars for his trip. He goes to the
kiosk, requests the services, the amount will
then be deducted from his bank account. He is
requested to present his premium bank card, which
is a RFID card that stores the biometric and
account information for verifying his identity.
After the verification process, Mr. Smith
receives a token, he can then sit back and enjoy
his Starbucks Coffee and music. After few minutes
when the transaction is completed, the teller
approaches him for the money and the receipt. Mr.
Smith checks the receipt and verifies again by
using his fingerprint and facial image. With
that, the transaction is completed. -

First of all we must input the account number,

client and verify his/her personal information.

on users ID card. Enrollment terminates if
personal information is invalid.

10Then we can start the enrollment process, if all
the information is correct. User is requested to
scan his/her fingerprint for four times during
the enrolment.
Press your fingerprint onto the reader for 4
times.
Your fingerprint templates are recorded, we can
move on to the facial recognition enrolment.
Bank staff will enter the account number of
client and verify his/her personal information.
Your personal information will be shown, please
check if it is correct. It is correct so lets
move on.

11To enroll your face, your facial image will be
captured for 4 times, the system will take four
shots.
Look at the Camera and press record for 4
times.
OK it is done for the facial enrollment.

12After you have enrolled your biometric features,
all the templates will be saved in a RFID card.
The card is encrypted with public key
infrastructure (PKI). The data stored is
protected with high level of security, so dont
have to worry about any misuse of your personal
information.

- Bank Vault Area Access Kiosk
- Bank Vault Area is the place that requires
highest security protections. Customers store
their most valuable assets here, the bank must
provide heightened security to safeguard
customers properties. -
- Traditionally, passwords or keys are used for
security protections for the safe. However, is it
really safe enough? - Passwords can be forgotten, and keys can be
pirated. Out integrated solutions seize the
advantages of Biometric technology, where your
body features will be performed as a Key to
unlock the safe. To enhance security,
double-factor verifications are used, customers
are requested to verify their facial images and
fingerprints to get access to the Vault Area. - Moreover to unlock the safe, fingerprint
verifications of both the customer and bank
manager are required. The double verifications
help to increase the level of security. -

15Here is the RCG Bank Vault Access Kiosk. To
access our Vault Area, you are required to go
through the triple-factor verifications to verify
your identity. Here is the welcome screen.

16Firstly, you are asked to present your card onto
the Card reader.

with your fingerprint.

with your facial image.

19The system will start to locate your personal
particulars from our database. When all 3 factors
are matched with one single record, your
information will be shown in details on the
screen. For example, message shows the rental
period of your safe box. To display the location
of your safe box, press the button, or you can
press logout to quit.

20Then system indicates the location of your safe
box. You can access your safe box with the help
of our service manager.

When you reach the safe, for security reasons the
system requires the next level of verifications
to unlock your safe. The system requires
verifications of 2-persons fingerprints, one
from the safe owner, the other one from the
service manager, to unlock the safe. Our product
S903 supports AB access mode, which is
especially designed for this kind of high
security applications.
