Workshop Description
  • Success as a faculty member rarely is
    accomplished alone.  Effective teaching,
    research, and service all require a great deal of
    teamwork and support to ensure that you have the
    time, resources, and tools to perform at your
    best. 

In this session, we will discuss specific
strategies for building an effective support team
through the recruitment and development of
undergraduate and graduate research assistants,
teaching assistants, and lab members.
