Format Your Paper
  • First, divide your paper by drawing a series of
    stairs from the upper right corner to the lower
    left corner
  • The left-hand side of the paper is the upstairs,
    representing a characters strengths
  • The right-hand side of the paper is the
    downstairs, representing a characters weaknesses
    or challenges

Creating the Upstairs Side
  • Upstairs side contains criteria representing a
    characters strengths, dreams, and goals
  • Two Citations
  • Representing a characters strengths, dreams, and
    goals
  • Must be at least two sentences long
  • Two Images
  • Representing a characters strengths, dreams, and
    goals
  • Must relate to citations
  • Two Brainstorms
  • Representing a characters strengths, dreams, and
    goals
  • Four (3 words or less) around each image. Must

Printing Directions
  1. On the tool bar, click on File, click on
    Print.
  2. In the Print dialogue box, in the lower left
    corner under Print What, click on the drop down
    arrow and select Handouts.
  3. Then, under Color/Grayscale, select the best on
    for your printer.
  4. Next, under Handouts, click on Slides per
    Page, and choose 9.
  5. Lastly, click on OK, and the file will print.
  6. Staple Directions to your assignment.
