- Character (1 Timothy, 1 Peter 5, Hebrews 13,
Titus 31-2) - Godly (devoted to God)
- Loyal
- Devoted Salvationist
- Men and women equally eligible
- Possess some ability / spiritual gift for the
position - Always seeking ways to equip themselves further
for specific role -
