• They get a reaction within one workday
• Their idea will get a unique number
• The number takes part in a raffle
• Send the idea to the Advisory Team
• This team has to react within two weeks

• The advice will be given to the ideamanager
• There will be adopted and rejected ideas
• The adopted ideas will be presented to the
  management
• The ideas will be implemented if the management
  approves
• The rejected ones will be given an unique gift

  savings
• The best ideas will be published on the Internet
  homepage
