  • Consideration must be given to the following
    throughout the programme and the planned
    activities
  • It must be ALL inclusive
  • - Women
  • Children
  • Youth
  • People living with disabilities
  • People living in rural areas
  • All must be provided for in an integrated manner,
    i.e. they should not be segregated from the
    mainstream activities

IT MUST BE AFRICANISED
  • It is an African World Cup, and must have a
    distinct African Flavour.
  • Artists from the different regions of the African
    Continent must be incorporated.
