- Consideration must be given to the following
throughout the programme and the planned
activities - It must be ALL inclusive
- - Women
- Children
- Youth
- People living with disabilities
- People living in rural areas
- All must be provided for in an integrated manner,
i.e. they should not be segregated from the
mainstream activities

- It is an African World Cup, and must have a
distinct African Flavour. - Artists from the different regions of the African
Continent must be incorporated.
