• Dont get personally involved if possible
• Delegate to an able can do assistant

• Busy or repetitious work, e.g. filing
• Do it in small chunks/segments
• Get someone else to do it
• Dont do it at all
• Study it clearly, before putting off until
  tomorrow something you can do today
• Maybe you can postpone indefinitely
