  • Permanent CAP ID Card and Completed Level I
  • Complete CAP Tests 116 Parts I II
  • Printed Copy of CAPF 101 (101 Card)
  • A Complete CAP Uniform
  • CAPF 60 Emergency Contact Form (2 Copies)
  • A PDK Squadron ES File (Pilot or Non)
  • Enroll in Georgia Wing email system (AEGES)

  • Sign-up For PDK Monthly SAR Exercises
  • Review Wing Training Schedule VIPERS Updates
  • Enter Completed SQTR Tasks Into Member
    Information Management System (MIMS)

  • A Specialty Qualification Training Record
  • SQTRs Outline Tasks Member Must Demonstrate
    Proficiency In For ES Role
  • Sign-off On Tasks By Qualified Supervisor Only
  • Completed Tasks Entered Into MIMS with

  • When All Task Completed, ES Officer Reviews Paper
    Copy and Squadron Commander Signs for Final Local
    Approval

    Basic Advanced Communication Course
  • Members Are Responsible for Establishing and
