New developments

• Currently testing an online discussion forum
• Allows people to log on, have conversations
  discuss various topics
• Limited to particular professional groups at this
  time may expand to patients if the demand is
  there
• Wont work without visitors support!

Social Networking

• Social network Online community of people who
  share common interests
• Huge number of people using sites such as
  Facebook and Youtube
• Much wider demographic than many think
• Already being trialled by organisations such as
  Macmillan and Cancer Research UK
