  have.

• In order to say someone has to do something
  (like must do, needs to do) you can use TENER
  plus QUE.
• Tener que estudiar to have to study.
• Tener que bailiar to have to dance.

Tener que infinitive

• You can conjugate Tener the same way you have
  before so that you can say who HAS TO DO what.
  Make sure an infinitive (ending in AR, -ER,
  or IR) comes after.
• Yo tengo que cantar I have to sing.
• Tú tienes que nadar You have to swim.
• Karlita tiene que bailar Karlita has to dance.
