• Paso 1 think of a character and plot, and then
  create an outline
• Paso 2 write a story using all grammar learned
  this year, vocabulary from the book, and the
  outline
• Paso 3 draw and color pictures that go along
  with the story

• All grammar learned this year must be included
• - verbs ser and estar
• - gustar
• - definite and indefinite articles
• - noun-adjective agreement
• - verb tener
• - present tense verbs ar, er, ir
• - possessive adjectives
• - comparatives
• - stem changing verbs eie, ei, oue
• - direct object pronouns
• - irregular verbs
• - affirmative tú commands
• - verbs saber and conocer
• - Preterite verbs regular and irregular
• - affirmative and negative words
• - pronouns after prepositions

Criterios para la historia

• Write about person or animal (no stories in the
  yo form!) include
• 4 physical and/or personality characteristics
• 3 activities like/not like to do
• 2 secondary characters family member or friend
  with at least 2 lines each
• At least 5 illustrations
• Story must be at least 10 pages with at least 5
  sentences on each page (Not including short
  dialogue sentences).
• Suggestions use themes from past lessons as
  guide (in search of a famous person, going food
  shopping, shopping for clothing, preparing for a
  birthday party, playing a sport, etc.)
