The Purposes

• To simulate life during this important time in
  American history
• To recognize the importance of the conflict
• To showcase a wide variety of student talent
• To recognize student achievement throughout the
  unit
• To have a wonderful and memorable experience!

The Encampment

• Tuesday, May 15th, 6-1000pm
• Small groups travel the school hearing Civil War
  re-enactors in 10 minute chunks.
• Cannons fire!
• Gettysburg ghost stories will be told!
