  • List out the objectives and requirements of the
    organisation one objective per post-it note
  • Place the first post-it note on the board
  • For each post-it placed ask Why are we doing
    this
  • Find and place the objectives that answer this
    question and continue the process
  • For each post-it placed ask How are we doing
    this
  • Find and place the objectives that answer this
    question and continue the process
  • Create new or implied objectives as necessary to
    complete the logic of the model
  • Resolve any disagreements through understanding
    each others perspectives and explanations
