• Create your slides (maybe 9, 12 or whatever you
  think appropriate) in PowerPoint Slide View(or
  Normal View). Save it as a file called
  ee141proejct.ppt. Switch to Slide Sorter View
  by View?Slide Sorter.
• Keep the file ee141project.ppt open. Download
  and rename the file ee141_yourname.ppt to
  ee141_your name.ppt, and open it in the
  Slide View (or Normal View).
• Go back to ee141project.ppt. Click on the first
  slide inside, copy it, switch over to
  ee141_your name.ppt and paste it there (Use
  Edit? Paste Special). Resize the slide
  properly and move it to the upper-left corner.
• Following almost the same procedure and copy the
  rest of the slides from ee141project.ppt to
  ee141_your name.ppt and put them in the
  proper positions.
• Modify the title (your and your partners
  names).
• Now the file ee141_your name.ppt should look
  similar to the file poster_template.ppt from
  ee141 website.
• Save it and email it to ee141_at_cory.eecs.berkeley.
