What do I need to know?

• Fee simple title can be sold, leased, willed or
  mortgaged to anyone without restriction
• Subject to Village zoning laws
• Voluntary participation

• Educate yourself
• Check on the status of your Entitlement, if you
  have one
• Resolve estate issues
• Resolve housing loan and mortgage guarantee
  issues
