  often and people wont take you seriously,
• Keep it reasonably short be aware of your own
  and others time needs to get work done.

• Laughter smile and laugh, start each meeting
  with a clean and inoffensive joke,
• Circulate funny cartoons, stories, etc
• Civility politeness is mandatory in making your
  workplace fun. Say please and thank you as often
  as you can.

• 2. What made it funny? Was it easy or hard for
  you and your coworkers to laugh about it

  as much as you would like? Would you like that to
  shift?
• 4. Where were you the last time you recall
  laughing really hard, a really gut-busting belly
  laugh? Not necessarily only at work, but
  anywhere? What was so funny?

• 6. What do you recall about
• a) Their attitude/willingness to find humour in
  things?
• b) Their willingness to take risks?
• c) Their body language? Their eyes? Their actual
  laugh?
• d) Anything else that made it easy to laugh along
  with them? Selective irreverence perhaps? What
  else?
• 7. What does this remind you of that could allow
  for more laughter at work?

  down at different times in your career?
• 9. Are there times you and humour have been more
  distant? Is this okay with you?
• 10. What may have led to that distance? Stress,
  deadlines, conflict with others (co-workers,
  councillors, ratepayers)? The weather, maybe less
  sleep?

  spending a lot of time together?
• What allowed for that? How could you foster that
