How Does Cub Scouting Work?
  • Cub Scouting is a family oriented program
  • Two levels
  • Dens
  • Pack
  • Dens consist of small group of boys of same
    grade, usually meets 2-3 times a month
  • Packs consist of several dens, usually meeting
    once per month

  • Tiger Den (Grade 1)
  • Wolf Den (Grade 2)
  • Bear Den (Grade 3)
  • Webelos (Grade 4 5)
  • All Dens meetings have a structured meeting plan
    focused on advancement and activities in
    preparation for Pack Meeting

  • Dens meetings are typically for 1.5 hours
  • 2 to 3 times a month
  • Pack meetings occur once per month
  • All Dens/families invited

  • Dens provide support program (skits, tricks,
    puzzles, etc.)
