The Arrow Diagramming Method (ADM) is also called
Activity On arrow (AOA). One arrow is required
for each activity. The tail of the arrow is the
beginning (start) of the activity. The head of
the arrow is the end (completion) of the activity.
The Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) is also
called Activity On Node (AON). It is basically
the opposite of AOA. One node (usually a square)
is required for each activity.
