They would never consider me I will look for an opportunity to showcase my skills
I am always messing that up I need a new strategy for this situation
Why cant I stop doing that? If I ask for some support, I can change my response/behavior/etc.
I cant do this anymore I need help, or I need to make some choices
That is not my style It will take some practice to learn that!

  • Carrots and sticks do (not) work for very long
  • Autonomy is extremely important to human beings
  • Mastery requires engagement (Flow)
  • Humans seek purpose (think purpose maximization)

  • Leadership 1.0 Have the biggest muscles,
    weapons, army, treasure chest
  • Leadership 2.0 have an action plan, measures,
    stipends, and performance review
  • Leadership 3.0 Know HOW to GROW your people

    about humans
