Short history
  • 1991- The MCPA has been founded. 1psychologist, 1
    social assistant, 1 librarian
  • 1995- MCPA 1 sociologist, 1 laboratory assistant
    and 1 social assistant. There were founded the
    first interschool offices (5 pedagogues, 1
    sociologist)
  • 1998- In every district of Bucharest were added 4
     counselling offices each (24 offices)
  • 1999- MCPA 5 specialists, 1 social assistant, 1
    laboratory assistant,  1 secretary. There were
    opened another 8 counselling  cabinets in every
    district (48 offices)
  • 2000/2003- MCPA 5 specialists. In counselling
    offices work psychologists, psycho pedagogy
    specialists and sociologists (66 offices)
  • 2003/2004- 67 offices, 75 specialists
  • 2004/2005- 120 offices, 128 specialists
  • 2005/2006- 163 offices
  • 2007/2008- 167 offices
