• An application on the ICON network.
• It allows a state to know which states have wages
  for a particular SSN.
• A state can participate only if it sends in a
  quarterly Distributive Data Base Index (DDBI)
  file.
• How often is it updated?
• Quarterly.

• 37 states are in production.
• AK, AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS,
