BACKGROUND TO SFRA

• Water Use ito section 21(d) of NWA
• Picture hasnt change much hence the charter
• Contributes to effective and speedy
  implementation of the Charter
• 10 000 ha/a which translate into 100 000 ha/a
  over 10 years
• Objective improve on delivery
