Policies Make sure Employees are aware of all
Policies and Procedures and Have them read and
sign that they understood them! If Possible go
over Policies with Employees Yearly

Educate Educate Employees of the Importance of
Said Policies and what Benefit it is to have
them Give Examples of Incidents that have
occurred that have saved lives or prevent
Incidents Because of such Policies

Training What good are polices if you do not
implement them and train On what to do! Note
You Can not over Train!! In an Emergency a
person Will revert back to that training or
knowledge of what to do!

Surroundings What Goes on around you, What you
see and What you hear is IMPORTANT! React to
your instincts and training, if it feels wrong
or Appears wrong it most likely is!

Immediately to your Supervisor!

you looked like? Witness "No. He was wearing a
mask. Supervisor "What was he wearing under
the mask? Witness "Er...his face.

We have all Met People like this!

The guy operating the camera is Robert Paterson
and the court house was in Kootenai, Idaho. He
was attending a court date due to being cited for
riding a bicycle without a headlight. After this
incident the judge charged him with contempt and
3 counts of battery against officers. Hes still
in jail and bail was set at 50,000.
