Independent, non-for-profit and non-political
organisation, created by the decision of the
Pan-European Ministerial Conference (Aarhus, 1998)
Together with RECs in Europe, Russia, Caucasus,
Ukraine, Moldova CAREC makes a network
CARECs supported by host 5 governments, EU, UNDP
and US
Governments, NGOs, Business, Scientists and
donors are in the Boards and Advisory Councils.

for Environmental and SD programmes
