• Print and complete the Fort Sanders Regional
  Medical Center Post Test
• Print a copy of your educational modules quiz
  results
• Print, read and sign the Confidentiality
  statement
• Print and sign the HIPAA Training Documentation
  Form
• Give post test, and all documentation forms to
  your instructor
