8APPRENTICESHIPS

one but for the first 12 months working full time
at the Training Skills Centre at TAFE under
OneSteel Supervision - Not a OneSteel Centre but an industry centre

- Trades skills to OneSteels requirements
adapted the apprenticeship to meet our needs - Rigour and discipline
- Operate like a business, not a Government agency
- Staff had to wear appropriate safety personal
protective equipment - Staff had to lead by example.
