• They could not go to the same places or be in
  the same room.
• The colored faces had separate waiting rooms as
  the white people.
• They could not even drink from the same water
  fountain.
• They did not pay the same as the white people.
  The white people paid less.
• They had to pay more to get on a train or bus.

Marriage

• Florida- Any marriage with a white person and a
  negro or negra, is prohibited. They are punished
  by being in prison for 12 months and have a fine
  of 500.
• Wyoming- If white people and negroes, Mulattos,
  Mongolians, or Malayans are illegal.

Brown vs. Board of Education

• When the case started in 1952-1953,the justices
  couldn't agree on one decision. They argued again
  one year later.
