    places few additional burdens on statutory
    agencies with the scheme designed to be
    self-funding and partnership managed.
  • By providing a good practice health-check for
    licensees it provides benefit for licensed
    businesses and for those who live in, work in and
    visit the area covered by the partnership by
    reassuring them that local licensed premises are
    safe and well run places to visit.

  • be members of the partnership 
  • agree to be inspected and to comply with the
    conditions of the award 
  • make any improvements required by the inspection 
  • maintain the standards agreed at the time of the
    award 
  • notify the partnership of any departures from
    those standards 
  • support the work of the partnership to reduce
    crime, disorder and alcohol-related anti-social
    behaviour and create a safe and secure business
    environment for the day and evening economies.
